Recreational Amenities at Avian Commons 

Camp Hall’s Avian Commons is open to the public. Commerce park workers and visitors are invited to venture outdoors, get some exercise, and have some fun with the on-site recreational amenities.

Basketball Courts 

We offer two full basketball courts with four adjustable goals.

Sand Volleyball 

There are two sand volleyball courts, so you can play as if you were on the beach. Sand courts provide the warmth of the sand beneath your feet and a softer landing when you’re diving for the ball.

Pickleball Courts

We have four pickleball courts that are fenced in to prevent stray balls from rolling away. Our Refuel Market and Gas Station is nearby, so you can grab snacks and drinks between games.

Hiking and Biking Trails 

Whether you want to enjoy a workday walk or simply stay active, the Camp Hall trails can help. Our South Carolina commerce park has more than 25 miles of trails and 2,600 acres of open park and wildlife to view and explore. Routes feature mixed surfaces, including paved road, gravel, dirt, and mulch.

  • Hiking: Walking, jogging, or birdwatching? You can do it all along Camp Hall’s trails.
  • Biking: Bike along the ponds and enjoy the scenery. Biking stands are spread throughout the park whenever you need a break.
  • Roller skating/blading: Why not? With smooth paved pathways, Camp Hall is the perfect place for roller skaters or roller bladers.
  • Benches: The trails offer the best places to stop and rest with periodic benches that offer great spots to relax and enjoy your surroundings in peace.

Disc Golf Course

Our 18-hole disc golf course offers a picturesque setting and a variety of shots. Get your steps in as you aim for your next basket.

Soccer Field 

Not only do we have ample grassland for picnicking and running, but we also have a full soccer field. Whether you’re organizing recreational games or getting some practice in, this field is for you.

Avian Pavilion 

Our pavilion rests over the water. Cross the bridge to a beautiful viewing deck. This is a great place to take a break from work, enjoy the scenery, and soak up some vitamin D.

Public Fitness Area and Playground 

Our public playgrounds offer our youngest visitors a chance to play outdoors. Reach for the sky on the swings. Climb our ropes tower. Spin away on the carousel. Or follow the workout circuit in your free time.

Camp Hall’s Food Truck Park hosts rotating vendors. Find monthly food truck lineups on our Facebook page. If you’re a food truck vendor interested in scheduling time here, inquiries are accepted online.

Refuel Market and Gas Station 

Grab food, refreshments, and snacks for work or play. Fill up your tank before you leave. Refuel is known for its “Hot N’ Crispy Chicken.”

Car-Charging Stations 

Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are available at the Camp Hall Information Center. Power up your car as you’re out and about.

Picnic Tables 

Camp Hall has plenty of tables for guests to picnic, both with and without shade.

Free Wi-Fi 

Free Wi-Fi is provided for all Avian Commons guests.

Coming Amenity Additions at Avian Commons

On-site services and amenities will soon be expanded to make Avian Commons even more hospitable to business park employees and visitors. Additions planned for the near future include:

Various retail stores and flexible office spaces are planned at Camp Hall. We’ll be starting construction on our flex space soon.
