The Architectural Review Board (ARB) helps keep Camp Hall looking and feeling its best. We review and approve all new projects in the Industrial and Avian Commons areas to make sure they align with our shared Design Guidelines.
These guidelines cover everything from architecture and site layout to landscaping, lighting, signage and construction. They’re here to ensure every project contributes to a cohesive, thoughtfully designed community.
